FRENCHMANS CREEK
Wells Brothers Construction supported Proctor in building the new, state-of-the-art clubhouse shell for Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club — a landmark 124,450-square-foot facility in Palm Beach Gardens. This multi-level clubhouse features expansive dining and social spaces, lounges, bars, meeting rooms, golf and tennis pro shops, and views overlooking the club’s two championship golf courses, setting a new standard for luxury amenities in the community
GROVE XXIII
Wells Brothers Construction worked alongside Proctor Construction to successfully deliver the building shell for Michael Jordan’s Grove 23 facility. Through close coordination and a shared commitment to quality, the team ensured the structure was executed efficiently, meeting high standards of craftsmanship while laying a strong foundation for this iconic project.

GRIND HARD
Wells Brothers Construction delivered the GrindHard Primer Facility in Indiantown, Florida, a specialized industrial building designed to meet strict safety and manufacturing requirements. HALPATIOKEE REGIONAL PARK
Wells Brothers Construction completed the removal and replacement of the roller hockey flooring for the Martin County Parks Department. The work was performed in accordance with department standards to restore a safe, durable, and high-performance playing surface
