Wells Brothers Construction is Lennar’s selected general contractor for the construction of their Community Amenities. Our scope includes the development of clubhouses, pool cabanas, sports courts, playgrounds, and comprehensive site development. We are currently constructing the Riverwood Cabana, Seagrove Clubhouse, Arden Amenities, as well as the Whitmore Clubhouse, Gatehouse & Entry sign wall. We provide Lennar with a full turn key service, with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficient project delivery, Wells Brothers Construction & Lennar work together to create lasting amenities that enhance each community and elevate the resident experience.
